Registration
Registering an additional handset
To enable the use of more than one handset a registration has to be performed. Every
new additional handset must be registered in order to use the current base unit, each
base unit can handle up to 5 handsets.
On registration the handset is allocated a handset number for use on the current base
unit, the handset numbers are 1-5. If Not Registered is displayed go to point 3.

1. Press and hold

on the base unit until it beeps twice. Registration mode will
remain active for one minute.
2. Press Menu.
3. Scroll to Register using v/V. Press OK.
4. Scroll to Register Handset using v/V. Press OK.
5. Select the base unit you wish to register with (q=engaged). Press OK.
6. Enter the base unit PIN code (0000 by default). Press OK.
7. After a few seconds (no more than 90) the base units ID code will be displayed (for
information only). Press OK toconrm.
Base selection
Only used in systems with more than one base unit.
1. Press Menu.
2. Scroll to Register using v/V. Press OK.
3. Scroll to Select Base using v/V. Press OK.
4. Select a base unit using v/V. Press OKtoconrm.
De-registering another handset
Any additional handset can easily be de-registered from a base unit.
1. Press Menu.
2. Scroll to Register using v/V. Press OK.
3. Scroll to De-register using v/V. Press OK.
4. Enter the base unit PIN code (0000 by default).
5. Selecttherequiredhandsetusingv/V. Press OK.
6. Press Yestoconrm.
