announcement.”
2 P ress . After you hear “ N ow re c o rd i n g ”
followed by a beep,speak toward the base to
record an announcement up to 90 seconds
long.
3 P ress any
P L AY / S TO P
button to stop re c o rd i n g .
The system plays back your re c o r ded message .
To review your announcement at any time:
1 Press until you hear “ C h a n ge
a n n o u n c e m e n t .”
2 Press any PLAY/STOP button.
To delete your announcement:
Press during announcement playback.
The system will use the pre-recorded
announcement until you record a new one.
