Installation of Battery
1. Remove battery compartment cover by
pressing on the indentation and sliding
downward.
2. Place the battery in the handset aligning
the two holes in the plug with the socket
pins,then snap the plug into place.
3. Replace the battery cover by sliding it
upwards.
4. If the new battery is not already charged,
place the handset in its base unit or
charger and allow it to charge for 10-12
hours.
5. Be sure to place the handset in its base
or charger when not in use to insure
maximum daily performance.
6. Average talk time on a fully charged
battery is about nine hours, standby time
is approximately four days.

Connecting Power to Handset Charger
Because the mi 6820 is an accessory handset to the mi 6821, mi 6822, mi 6861 mi
6862 or mi 6872 all you need to do is choose the location for your handset charger and
plug in the power supply into an electrical outlet.
