BASIC OPERATION
• Press the DEL softkey. The screen
will display:
• To delete this record, press THIS. The
record will be deleted, and the next
entry in the phonebook will be
displayed.
• To delete all records in your phonebook
memory, press ALL. The display will
ask ARE YOU SURE?
• To confirm the deletion of ALL records,
press
YES. To exit without deleting
press NO.
To Edit a Number
• Using the steps in To Search For and
Dial a Name/Number, locate the
entry you want to edit.
• Press the EDIT softkey twice. The
Handset will display:
• Press NAME or NUMBER, depending
on which you want to edit.
• Using the
softkey move the
cursor to the character you want to edit
and then enter the corrections as
needed. Press MORE to access DEL,
BACK and PAUSE/SPACE function.
When finished press the SAVE softkey.
To exit without saving press OFF.
• When finished the screen will display
edited entry.
