SKIPPING A MESSAGE
1. Press toreviewyourmessages.Thenumberofmessagesisannounced.
2. Press atanytime toskipto thenext message.Each time ispressed, thesystem
scans forward onemessage. Ifyou haveseveral messages,press to findthe message
youwanttoplay.
3. Press ,atanytimetostopreviewingyourmessagesandreturntostandby.Themessage
countershowsthenumberofmessagesstoredinmemory.
Toquicklyscrollforwardsthroughamessage,pressandhold .
DELETING A MESSAGE
Tomaintainmaximumrecordingtime,deleteanyoldmessages.
1. Press toreviewyourmessages.
2. Press anytimeduringthemessagetodelete.
3. Aconfirmationtonesoundsafterthemessagehasbeendeleted.
Youcanalsodeleteallthemessages.
1. Press ."Todeleteallmessages,pressdeleteagain"isannounced.
2. Press again.Aconfirmationtonesoundsafterallthemessageshavebeen deleted.
Ifyoutrytodeleteallmessageswithoutfirstlisteningtoyournewmessages,youwillhearseveral
short beeps followed by the announcement "Please playback all messages". This protects you
fromaccidentallyerasingmessagesyouhavenotyetreviewed.
