USING YOUR ANSWERING SYSTEM
Themessagecounter displaysthe numberof messagesstored inmemory.If thedisplay flashes,
thentherearenewmessageswaitingforyou.Theflashingnumberrepresentsthenumberofnew
messages, nottotal messages. After you playall your newmessages, you can thenplay your old
messages.
PLAYING YOUR MESSAGES
1. Press .Thesystemannouncesthenumberofnewandoldmessages.TheLEDdisplays
the number of new messages. The day and time that each message was received is
announced after the message is played. The message counter displays the number of
currentmessagesstored.
When all new messages have been played, a confirmation tone sounds and "
"isannounced.Thesystemreturnstostandby.
2. After you have reviewed your new messages, you can play your old messages by again
pressing .Onceyouhavelistenedtoanewmessage,itbecomesanoldmessage.Theold
messageswillbeplayedintheorderinwhichtheywerereceived.
