Solving Problems
If you have any trouble with your phone, try these simple steps first. If you
still have a question, call our Customer Care Line listed on the front cover.
If… Try…
No handsets can make
or receive calls.
Checking the telephone cord connection.
Disconnecting the base AC adapter. Wait a few
minutes, then reconnect it.

One handset can’t
make or receive calls.
Moving the handset closer to the base.
Resetting the handset.

A handset can make
calls, but it won’t ring.
Making sure the ringer is turned on.
Making sure Do Not Disturb is turned off.

make sure your Caller ID service is active.

Making sure TTS (Text-To-Speech) is turned on.
Increasing the ringer volume so the CID
