The system defaults as follows:

Initialized data assigns slot 00 to be a non-optioned
PCTU without CRCU.

Initialized data assigns slot 01 to be a non-optioned
PEKU without door phone, DSS console or OCA.

Initialized data assigns slots 02 N 14 to be empty.
