There are 2 ways to do this :
a ) When his phone number is already saved in the memory, press the
Up or Down button until the desired number appears on the display.
b ) When his phone number is not saved in the memory, press the
Mode/Call button until “ENTER NUMBER” appears on the display.
Then you have to press the Set button, the Up or Down buttons to
enter the desired telephone number. Press the Mode/Call button
to confirm.
• P ress the Mode/Call button until “SELECT OGM” appears on the
d i s p l a y.
• P ress the Up or Down button until the desired OGM appears on the
display and is played out loud.
• Press the Set button briefly. On the display appears “SELECTION
DONE”.
Note : You can assign multiple telephone numbers (max. 15 per OGM) to one
OGM. In that case you have to repeat the above mentioned pro c e d u r e for each
telephone number.
4.8 To check the outgoing message (OGM)
• Press the Mode/Call button until “REVIEW OGM” appears on the
display.
• Press the Up or Down button to scroll through all telephone
numbers with an OGM.
4.9 To asjust the volume
The volume can be adjusted, there are 4 levels : low, medium, high, off.
• To change the volume, press the Mode/Call button until “ADJUST
VOLUME” is displayed.
• Press the Up button to change the volume. You will hear a
confirmation tone.
• P ress the Mode/Call button to confirm .
