Set the handset’s ringtone volume
You can select among 5 ringtone volume
levels or [OFF].
1 Press MENU.
2 Select [PERSONAL SET] > [HANDSET
TONE] > [RING VOLUME], then press
OKtoconrm.
3 Select a volume level, then press OK to
conrm.

Tip
To turn off the ringtone, press and hold • in
standby mode. Then
displays on the screen.
Set the key tone
Key tone is the sound made when you press a
key on the handset.
1 Press MENU.
2 Select [PERSONAL SET] > [HANDSET
TONE] > [KEY BEEP], then press OK to
conrm.
3 Select [ON]/[OFF], then press OK to
conrm.

Set the docking tone
Docking tone is the sound made when you
place the handset on the base station/charger.
1 Press MENU.
2 Select [PERSONAL SET] > [HANDSET
TONE] > [DOCKING TONE], then
press OKtoconrm.
3 Select [ON]/[OFF], then press OK to
conrm.

Name the handset
The name of the handset can be up to 10
characters. It is displayed on the handset
screen in standby mode.
1 Press MENU.
2 Select [PERSONAL SET] > [HANDSET
NAME], then press OKtoconrm.
3 Enter or edit the name. To erase a
character, press BACK.
4 Press OKtoconrm.
