Voice Mail Service
If Voicemail still remains on the display or the VM indicator still ashes even
if you have listened to your voice mail message(s), press (FUNCTION), and
press and hold (CLEAR) until the unit beeps. Voicemail will disappear and
the VM indicator will turn off.
If your voice mail service uses a voice mail tone and the recorded message is
over 3 minutes long, Voicemail may not be displayed and the VM indicator
may not ash.
If your voice mail service uses a voice mail tone, the tone will be heard from any
parallel connected phone. If you use another phone to retrieve messages, you
have to dial your access number manually.
Listening to Voice Mail Messages
After the voice mail box has received messages, the unit will indicate it in
two ways: (a) Voicemail displayed on the handset, and (b) the VM
indicator on the base unit will ash. To listen to your voice mail
message(s), follow the steps below.
Handset

Press (FLASH/CALL!WAIT/VOICE!MAIL), and press or .
The unit is connected to the telephone line and dials the access number (p. 48).

Follow the pre-recorded instructions.

When nished, press (OFF).
Base unit

Press (VM).
