◆ Storing Phonebook Items as Hot Key Dials
The dialling buttons (1-9) function as one-touch dials. You can assign up to 9 phone
numbers from the phonebook as Hot Key Dials.
Make sure that the unit is in the standby mode.
1. ZÁ.
2. ZU or S to select phonebook number to register
as Hot Key Dial.
3. ZY or V.
4. ZU to select ‘Reg. to Hot Key’.
5. ZY or V.
• If an item is already stored to a Hot Key, ‘✓’ will be
displayed on the left of the key number.
6. ZU or S to select the hot key to register your item.
7. ZY or V.
8. Select ‘Save’, then ZY or V
OR
If a hot key number with ‘✓’ is selected, select ‘Overwrite’,
then ZY or V.
A confirmation sounds and the display will return to the
next phonebook item.
◆ Dialling a Stored Number
Make sure that the unit is in the standby mode.
1. Press and hold a hot key number (1-9)
• The stored number is displayed.
2. ZU or S until the desired item / number is displayed.
3. ZO or %.
• The number is dialled automatically.
4. To hang up, ZP

Place the handset on the base.
