Voice Mail Service
If Voicemail still remains on the display or the VM (Voice mail) indicator still
ashes even if you have listened to your voice mail message(s), press
(FUNCTION), and press and hold (CLEAR) until the unit beeps. Voicemail will
disappear and the VM (Voice mail) indicator will turn off.
If your voice mail service uses a voice mail tone and the recorded message is
over 3 minutes long, Voicemail may not be displayed and the VM (Voice mail)
indicator may not ash.
If your voice mail service uses a voice mail tone, the tone will be heard from any
parallel connected phone. If you use another phone to retrieve messages, you
have to dial your access number manually.
Listening to Voice Mail Messages
After receiving a voice mail message, Voicemail will be displayed and
the VM (Voice mail) indicator will ash.
To listen to your voice mail message(s), follow the steps below.

Press (FLASH/CALL!WAIT/VOICE!MAIL), and press or .
The unit is connected to the telephone line and dials the access number (p. 42).

Follow the pre-recorded instructions.

When nished, press (OFF).
