To program a feature key with a specific call forward option:
5330 Phone: 5340 Phone:
1. Press the key that you have programmed
as Superkey.
1. Press the key that you have programmed
as Superkey.
2. Press No until "Personal Keys?" appears,
and then press Yes.
2. Press the More key until the Feature Key
option appears.
3. Select the key on your phone that you want
to program.
3. Press Feature Key.
4. Press No until your desired forwarding
option (FWD ALWAYS, BUSY, NO ANS,
etc.) appears and then press Yes.

want to program.
5. Press Superkey. 5. Press Change.
6. Press More until your desired forwarding
option appears and then select it.
Using Other Features
Account Codes
An account code is a series of digits that you assign to your calls, usually for accounting
purposes. The code identifies the account in the call records that your system generates. A
forced account code is usually entered from another extension, enabling you to use features or
make calls that the extension otherwise could not. If you want this feature enabled on your phone,
ask your System Administrator.
To use Account Codes:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the Account Code digits.
3. Press #.
To enter an Account Code during a call:
1. Press the key that you have programmed as Account Code Verified.
2. Dial the Account Code digits.
3. Press the Save softkey.
ACD
If your phone is ACD-enabled, you can log in as an agent.
To log in as an ACD agent:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the ACD Login/Logout feature access code.
3. Enter your Agent ID, using the key pad.
4. Press Enter. The display reads LOGGED IN.
Attendant Call Hold - Remote Retrieve
To retrieve a call placed on Hold by the attendant:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the "Call Hold – Remote Retrieve" feature access code.
3. Dial the digits announced by the attendant.
