Handset Settings
3. Scroll to the selection that you want to set the melody for. Your choices are: Line, Yahoo!, Intercom, any of
the six Groups or Page. Press OK.
4. Use the navigation pad to scroll through the ten melody choices. The tone will play as you scroll. Press OK
when you have made your selection.
Ringer Volume
1. Select MENU, use the navigation pad to scroll to Handset Settings, press OK.
2. Scroll to Ringer Volume, press OK.
3. Scroll to the selection that you want to set the volume for. Your choices are: Line, Y!Voice, Intercom, any of
the six Groups or Page. You can also set the volume to Off. Press OK.
4. Use the navigation pad to scroll through the five volume levels. The tone will play as you scroll. Press OK
when you have made your selection.
5. If the Ringer Volume is set to Off, it will not ring when a Line call, Y!Voice call or intercom call comes through.
Voicemail
If the handset is not registered, or is out of range, the Voicemail menu cannot be accessed.
1. Select MENU, use the navigation pad to scroll to Voicemail. Press OK.
2. Scroll to Voicemail. Press OK.
3. Using the number keys, you can enter the number for your message service. Press OK.
NOTE: In addition to regular
line service, Voice Mail is a
service of your local telephone
company. If you have this
feature, you can access the
Voice Mail menu.
