1. Charge your headset
Make sure that your Jabra BT4010 headset is fully charged before
you start using it. Use the AC adaptor to charge from a power
socket. Your headset indicates the charging level while charging:

1st battery level ashing Less than 30%
2nd battery level ashing Between 30 - 70%
3rd battery level ashing More than 70%
All battery levels on, no

Fully charged
Please note: The lifetime of the battery will be signicantly
reduced if your device is left uncharged for a long period. We
therefore recommend that you recharge your device at least once
a month.
Turning your headset on and o
- Press and hold the answer / end button to turn on your
headset. The LCD display will show the battery status to
indicate the headset is on.
- Press and hold the answer / end button to turn o your
headset until you see the indicator turn o in the LCD display.
Pairing the headset with your phone
Before you use your Jabra BT4010, you need to pair it with your
mobile phone.
1. Your headset will automatically go into pairing mode when you
turn it on the rst time, and you will see the Bluetooth indicator
ashing in the LCD display.
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT4010.
Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves
going to a ‘setup,’ ‘ connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone
and selecting the option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth
device.*
