After the user presses the “Download” button, the phone will send out a request to the server to
download the configuration file (custom_layout.xml). If the download and the parse of the XML file are
successful, the phone will display a message to inform the user. The user can then press “Save” to save
the settings. The phone should display the custom layout on the desktop after the settings take place.
