1. Press the (5 or 6) button to scroll to PROMPT LANG.
. Press the  button to enter the menu. The screen displays
PROMPT LANG 1ENG 2FRA 3ESP.
. Use the touch tone pad on the handset to select , or use the
 (5or 6) button to scroll to the desired language.
English is the default
setting.
. Press the button to save your selection. You will hear a
conrmation tone.

This feature lets you select the number of times you want the phone to ring before the
answering system answers a call.


Press the  (5or 6) button to scroll to the RING TO ANSWER
sub-menu.
. Press  button to enter the menu. The screen displays
RING TO ANSWER 3 4 5 6 TS.
. Use the touch tone pad on the handset to enter the selection, or the 
 (5or 6) button to scroll to the your selection. The default setting is 5.
. Press the button to conrm. You will hear a
conrmation tone and the screen displays the new setting.





