• Close any unnecessary programs running on your computer.
• Switch headset off and on again to re-establish the
connection.
• Devices with Bluetooth 1.1 and 1.2 modules may experience
quality issues due to bandwidth restrictions.
• Using several Bluetooth devices on the same computer can
saturate the available bandwidth, causing poor performance.
Try using only one.
• Ensure the battery is fully charged.
Sound has interference
There is a chance of interference if objects are placed between your
headset and your other Bluetooth device.
• Make sure that the path between the two devices is as clear as
possible.
• Switch headset off and on again to re-establish the
connection.
• The Bluetooth antenna is inside the right side of the headset.
Covering the right side of the headset (e.g. with your hand or
a hat or by laying down on that side) will disrupt the signal.
