Make sure that
Volume Control
is not muted, then click
Options > Exit.
For Windows Vista:
1
Left-click on the Volume icon in the Windows taskbar.
2
There is a button beneath the volume control for mute.
If it has a red circle with a diagonal line through it, the
volume is muted. Click on the button to remove the
mute setting.
The Bluetooth antenna is inside the right side of the headset.
Covering the right side of the headset (e.g. with your hand or
a hat or by laying down on that side) may result in no sound.
Your Bluetooth adapter does not have the required Bluetooth
profiles (A2DP, Handset and Hands-free) in order to transmit
sound. In Vista must install a driver to get the necessary
Bluetooth profiles to listen to audio. Otherwise, Bluetooth
will not be listed as a mixer device and Vista may prompt you
to install “additional drivers” after you pair the BH200.

Make sure that you are using the Hands-free profile, rather
than the Headset profile.
