Double-click on the Volume icon in the Windows
taskbar.

Options > Properties
.

Make sure that
Bluetooth High Quality Audio
is chosen
as the Mixer device, then click
OK
.
For Windows Vista only:

Right-click on the Volume icon in the Windows taskbar.

Choose
Playback Devices
.

Right-click on
Headset Earphone
.

Choose
Set as Default Device
.

Click
OK
.
• Make sure your computer volume is not muted, as follows:
For Windows XP:

Double-click on the Volume icon in the Windows
taskbar.

Options > Properties

Make sure that
