workmanshipandmaterialsfora periodofoneyearfromthedateoffirst
consumerpurchase.Thiswarrantymaybeenforcedbythefirstconsumer
purchaser,providedthattheproductisutilizedwithintheU.S.A.
Cobrawill,withoutcharge,repairorreplace,atitsoption,defective
microTALK
®
radios,chargers,productsorcomponentpartsupondelivery
totheCobraFactoryServicedepartment,accompaniedbyproofofthedate
offirstconsumerpurchase,suchasa duplicatedcopyofasalesreceipt.
Youmustpayanyinitialshippingchargesrequiredtoshiptheproductfor
warrantyservice,butthereturnchargeswillbeatCobra’s expense,
iftheproductisrepairedorreplacedunderwarranty. Thiswarrantygives
youspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichmay
varyfromstatetostate.
