■ 200 RECEIVING REGI.
In this menu you can set up parameters related to the call
reception mode.
1. The 200 RECEIVING REGI. menu appears when you
press the ENTER button after selecting it in the 000
TOP menu.
2. Select a menu you wish to set up from the 210 or 220,
then press the ENTER. The selected menu appears.
210 RECEIVING REGI.
The call receiving mode is set in this menu.
The COM STATE setting appears only when the unit is set
to a receiver.
1. Open the 210 RECEIVING REGI. menu.
2. Move the cursor to READY STATE and select either
AUTO or MANUAL. This setup specifies the reception
mode when the unit is not in communication. The
default setting is AUTO.
AUTO: The unit accepts incoming call without manual
operation.
MANUAL: Call reception is made only when the DIAL
button is pressed on the Remote Controller.
3. Move the cursor to COM.STATE and select either
AUTO or MANUAL.. This setup specifies the reception
mode when the RECEIVER unit is in communication.
AUTO: The unit accepts incoming call without manual
operation. The previous call will be suspended.
MANUAL: Call reception is made only when the DIAL
button is pressed.
4. Move the cursor to RINGER and select either ON or
OFF. Sound level is adjusted with the RINGER VOL-
UME CONTROL on the front panel. The default setting
is ON.
ON: The ringer sounds when the unit receives a call.
OFF: The ringer does not sound.
220 CALLING IP ADDRESS CHECK
When receiving a call, the caller’s address can be exam-
ined whether to accept or reject it.
1. Open the 220 CALLING IP ADDRESS CHECK menu.
2. Move the cursor to CALLING IP ADDRESS CHECK and
select either ON or OFF.
ON: The caller address check is enabled.
OFF: The check is disabled.
3. Move the cursor to REJECT IP/SUBNETMASK REGI.
(Registration) field. You can enter up to 3 terminal
addresses with the numeric buttons.
The unit will ignore calls from these masked range IPs,
while it will accept calls from the site other than the reg-
istered.
4. Move the cursor to ACCEPT IP/SUBNET MASK REGI.
(Registration) field. You can enter up to 3 terminal
addresses with the numeric buttons.
The unit will accept calls from these masked range IPs,
while it will ignore calls from the site other than the reg-
istered.
Note: A calling site will be rejected if the setting meets the
following conditions.
• IP ADDRESS CHECK is set to ON in the called
site.
• The calling site is not included in REJECT,
ACCEPT or Quick Dialing Directory in the
called site.
• Check will be done only for the masked range
with the IP address and subnet mask.
