Switching the phones during a call
You can easily switch between the cordless handset and the base
phone without disconnecting the call.
To switch from the base phone to the
cordless handset
1 Press (HOLD) on the base
phone.
The call is on hold and “HOLD”
appears on the display.
2 Pick up the cordless handset
from the charger (When Quick
talk is set to “USE”; see page 38)
or press (TALK) or (HOLD) on
the cordless handset.
You can continue talking to the
caller through the cordless
handset.
To switch from the cordless handset to the
base phone
1 Press (HOLD) on the cordless
handset.
The call is on hold and “HOLD”
appears on the display.
2 Pick up the handset from the
base phone or press
(SPEAKERPHONE) or (HOLD)
on the base phone.
You can continue talking to the
caller through the base phone.
