• Dial the desired zone number 1, 2, 3 o r 4.

To make an announcement through connected external paging

• Lift the handset.
• Press PA G E key or dial 5 5.
• Dial the desired zone number 5, 6, 7 or 8.

• Dial 9 to page all external zones.
• After the attention tone, make your announcement.
ALL PA G E
To page all designated keysets and external speakers at the same
t i m e :
• Lift the handset.
• Press the PA G E key or dial 5 5.
• Dial ✱ or press the ALL PAGE k e y.
• After the attention tone, make your announcement.
NOTES: 1. If you have a dedicated PA G E key programmed you don't
need to press PA G E or dial the desired zone.
2. The LED on the PA G E key will only light when an All
Page is in progress.
