Call Screening
When Call Screening is turned on, you are able to listen to the caller while they are
leaving a message.
1.
Press the Menu button.
2.
Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.
3.
Press the Sel/Save button.
4.
Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to CALL SCREENING.
5.
Press the Sel/Save button.
6.
Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ON or OFF.
7.
Press the Sel/Save button to save. To start over, press the Exit button to return to the
ANSWERING SYS menu.
Remote Password
The 3-digit remote password is required for remote access functions, and it prevents
unauthorized access to your answering system.
1.
Press the Menu button.
2.
Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.
3.
Press the Sel/Save button.
4.
Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to REMOTE PASSWD.
5.
Press the Sel/Save button.
6.
Enter the 3 digits code. Press Delete to clear all 3 digits. The default password is 0 0 0.
7.
Press the Sel/Save button to save. To start over, press the Exit button to return to the
ANSWERING SYS menu.
