TROUBLESHOOTING
If your system is not working as it should, these suggestions
might help you eliminate the problem.
If you see a message that you do not understand, see “Dis-
played Call Information” on Page 20.
Problem Solution
Blank screen The System 350 is not receiving
power. Make sure the batteries
are installed and the AC adapter
is plugged in.
Adjust the contrast as described
in “Adjusting the Display Con-
trast” on Page 17.
You have an incoming
call, but do not receive
any Caller ID informa-
tion.
You answered the call before the
System 350 received the call in-
formation. Wait until your phone
rings at least 2 times before an-
swering a call.
