If you use more than one phone or other device on the line, add
up all of the RENs. If the total is more than five (or three in rural
areas), your telephones might not ring. If ringer operation is im-
paired, remove a device from the line.
Your CID-932 complies with Part 68 of FCC Rules. You must,
upon request, provide the FCC registration number and the
REN to your telephone company. Both numbers are located on
the bottom of your CID-932.
Note:
You must not connect your CID-932 to:
coin-operated systems
party-line systems
most electronic key telephone systems
Your telephone company may make changes in its facilities,
equipment, operations or procedures that could affect the prop-
er functioning of your equipment. If they do, you will be notified
in advance to give you an opportunity to maintain uninterrupted
telephone service.
This equipment complies with the limits for a Class B digital de-
vice as specified in Part 15 of FCC Rules. These limits provide
reasonable protection against radio and TV interference in a
residential area.
