4. After a while, the unit will display the num-
ber of new calls and total calls in the call
log. It will also display the current time and
date. The time and date are set automati-
cally when your phone rings.
Operating Modes
There are ten operating modes. Normally, the
unit is in standby mode, waiting for a call. You
can go to other modes by pressing the MODE
key. The modes are:
Review Calls – See and hear who called
Review Names – Review/Change recorded
names
Review OGM – Review/Change outgoing
messages
Enter Number – To manually enter tele-
phone number for a recorded name
Record Name – Record a name for a caller
Select Name – Associate caller with an
already recorded name
Record OGM – Record an message to be
delivered to a specific caller
Select OGM – Associate caller with a previ-
ously recorded outgoing message
Adjust Volume – Change volume low/medi-
