SECURITY/HOME AUTOMATION (OPTIONAL)
This optional function can control another system that is properly
connected to the NM100. For example, it may control a door
release mechanism, turn on the lights, set off an alarm, etc.
ThisfunctionisavailablefromtheMasterStationandRemote
Stations(NRS103WHandNRS104WH).Itisnotavailablefrom
an outdoor remote station.
To initiate this feature from a room station:
1. Simultaneouslypress VOLUMEUPand VOLUMEDOWN
andholdforatleast4seconds.After4seconds,thisfeature
isactiveforaslongasthebuttonsarepressed.
2. Releasethebuttonstodeactivatethefeature.

YoucanhearremoteusersifyoupresstheLISTENbuttonorif
theypresstheirTALKbutton.

PressLISTENtolistentoallstationssettoIntercomorRadio/
INT.
DOOR TALK/LISTEN
• Press TALK and LISTEN simultaneously to enter Door
Talkmode.ThisallowsyoutotalktotheDoorStations.All
other stations set to Intercomor Radio/INT can hear the
conversation.
• ReleasetheTALKandLISTENbuttonstolistentotheDoor
Station.TheListenmodeisactiveforatotalof25seconds
afteryoureleasetheTALKandLISTENbuttons.Youmay
talkagainatanytimebypressingTALKandLISTEN.Each
timethebuttonsarereleased,youcanlistenforanother25
seconds.
• DoorTalkmodeissuspendedattheendofthe25second
listeningperiodorifyoupresseithertheTALKbuttonorthe
LISTENbuttonindividually.
MONITOR
AllstationssettoRadio/INTontheMasterStationcancontinually
hearthesoundandactivityfromastationsettoMonitor.
