To forward calls when your extension is busy:
1. Press TALK. (Display shows DIAL, OR SELECT OPTION.)
2. Dial feature code 733. (Display shows ENTER DESTINATION NUMBER.)
3. If forwarding to an internal extension number, enter the destination internal
extension number.
If forwarding to an external number, press “9,” then enter the destination external
number.
If forwarding to voice mail, dial feature code 710.
Display shows FORWARDING SET. You will hear three beeps before the phone
returns to an idle state.
To cancel forward a call on busy:
1. Press TALK. (Display shows DIAL, OR SELECT OPTION.)
2. Dial feature code 733. (Display shows FORWARDING CANCEL.) You will
hear three beeps before the phone returns to an idle state.

1. Press TALK. (Display shows DIAL, OR SELECT OPTION.)
2. Dial feature code 734. (Display shows DIAL, OR SELECT OPTION.)
3. If forwarding to an internal extension number, enter the destination internal
extension number.
