This chapter gives you all of the cordless digital telephone features in alphabetical
order beginning on page 25. Your cordless digital telephone provides many of the
same features as a 3000-series corded digital telephone. In addition to the

, &RQI7UQ and 0HP'LDO functions, you can use your cordless digital
telephone’s
)~) buttons to invoke the features listed below or to gain multiple-line
access.
When sharing the same station, your cordless
)~) buttons perform the same
functions as the first four buttons on a 3000-series telephone. The
)~) buttons
were preassigned upon system installation. Ask your System Administrator which
)~) button functions you may or may not have.
Account Code Calls
Account Codes (Forced or Voluntary) can be used for a variety of reasons including
billing, tracking, and line restriction applications. Account Codes are assigned in the
system as a fixed length (default is six digits) and are recorded by the system, along
with the details of the calls, which can be printed on a Station Message Detail
Recording (SMDR) report.
