and open the directory.
Press the
DOWN navigation
button to scroll to the entry
you want to delete.
Press the MENU options button.

to confirm. You hear a
confirmation beep.

until you reach the idle display.

You can copy the entire
directory or extra directory to
another Diverse 5000 handset
that is registered to the same
base.
Press the
DIRECTORY or
EXTRA DIRECTORY button to
open the directory.
Press the
DOWN navigation
button to scroll to the entry
you want to copy.
Press the
MENU button.
Press the
DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Send List
.
Press the
OK options button.
Use the
DOWN navigation
button to select the handset
you wish to copy the entire
directory to.
Press the
OK options button.
Press the

until you reach the idle display.
