2. You are using your mobile phone
at a call-crammed time (e.g. rush
hour).
Avoid using your mobile
phone at such time.
3. You are too far from the base
station of your network service
provider.
You can ask your network
service provider for a
service range map.
Echo or
noise
1. Due to the quality of the network
trunk of your network service
provider.
2. Poor local telephone line quality.
Hang up the phone and
then dial again. You can be
switched to a better-quality
network trunk or line.

the system settings of your
network service provider.

where the signal is weak,
turn off your phone
