Hold
Press to put a call or conference on hold. The
green light next to the line button with the call on
hold flashes until the call is resumed or the
person hangs up. A
Call on Hold
message is
displayed. As a reminder, the phone beeps once
every 60 seconds. When the hold timer expires, a
Call on Hold
message is again displayed.
Press the line button with the flashing green light
to return to the call. More than one call at a time
can be put on hold.
NOTE:
Depending on how your system is set up, Transfer,
Conference, Drop, and Hold may not work exactly as
described here. If you have any questions about using
these features, contact your system manager.
