Muting the handset
If you do not want your call partner to hear what you are saying to another person in
the room, you can temporarily mute your handset.
You are conducting a call.
Press the -key.
The display shows
M
The call is put << Mute >>, and the call partner cannot hear you, but you can
Pr ess the -key . Your call partner can hear you again.

Setting the handset volume
The handset volume can be set and saved at any of three levels.
Press the programming key.
Press 4. The current volume setting is displayed (e.g. “2/3 ” is the middle
volume 2 of 3).
Use numerical keys 1 to 3 to set the preferred volume.
Press the programming key to save the setting.
