Telephone base installation
Install the telephone base as shown below. The telephone base is designed for
desk or tabletop use only. Make sure that the electrical outlet is not controlled by
a wall switch. If you subscribe to high-speed Internet service (Digital Subscriber
Line - DSL) through your telephone lines, you must have a DSL lter between
the telephone base and the telephone wall jack. The lter will prevent noise and
caller ID problems caused by DSL interference. Please contact your DSL service
provider for more information about DSL lters.
