The has dual keypads: one in the Handset, and one on the Base
Unit. This is like having two phones because most operations can be
performed using either the Handset or the Base Units.

the Handset’s location when you make or receive a call.

Note: Sometimes when you press to hang up the phone, you may get
an error tone and the phone will not disconnect. If this happens,
place the Handset on the Base Unit or press again while
holding the Handset close to the Base Unit.
