WARRANTYDURATION:Thiswarrantytothe
originalusershallterminateandbeofnofurthereffect
36monthsafterthedateoforiginalretailsale.The
warrantyisinvalidiftheProductis:
(A)damagedornotmaintainedasreasonableor
necessary,(B)modified,altered,orusedaspart
ofanyconversionkits,sub-assemblies,orany
configurationsnotsoldbyUniden,(C)improperly
installed,(D)servicedorrepairedbysomeoneother
thananauthorizedUnidenservicecenterforadefect
ormalfunctioncoveredbythiswarranty,(E)usedin
anyconjunctionwithequipmentorpartsoraspartof
anysystemnotmanufacturedbyUniden,or(F)
installedorprogrammedbyanyoneotherthanas
detailedbytheowner’smanualforthisproduct.
STATEMENTOFREMEDY:Intheeventthatthe
productdoesnotconformtothiswarrantyatanytime
whilethiswarrantyisineffect,warrantorwilleither,at
itsoption,repairorreplacethedefectiveunitand
returnittoyouwithoutchargeforparts,service,or
anyothercost(exceptshippingandhandling)incurred
bywarrantororits
representativesinconnectionwiththeperformanceof
thiswarranty.Warrantor,atitsoption,mayreplacethe
unitwithaneworrefurbishedunit.
