Install Mobile Connection Wizard on your computer from the Installation CD-ROM, and
make sure you connect your CLIÉ handheld to your computer with the USB cable and plug
adapter.
Notes
• You must be connected to the Internet beforehand.
• Only supported areas.
CLIE Update Wizard
You can update the contents of your CLIÉ handheld from Sony website.
Install CLIE Update Wizard on your computer from the Installation CD-ROM, and make
sure you connect your CLIÉ handheld to your computer with the USB cable and plug adapter
when you install the updates for your CLIÉ handheld.
Note
You must be connected to the Internet beforehand.
Memory Stick Backup
You can make a backup of an application or data on your CLIÉ handheld to a “Memory Stick”
media. Making a backup on a “Memory Stick” media
Prepare a “Memory Stick” media.
CLIE Files
You can exchange data (copy, move, delete) between your CLIÉ handheld and “Memory
Stick” media.
Data Import / Data Export
You can install applications or copying data from your computer to a “Memory Stick” media
in your CLIÉ handheld, without using the HotSync
®
operation.
Install Data Export on your computer from the Installation CD-ROM, and make sure to
connect your CLIÉ handheld to the computer with the USB cable and plug adapter.
Intellisync Lite
You can synchronize data of Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, etc., on your CLIÉ
handheld with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Organizer on your computer.
Install
Intellisync Lite
on your computer from the Installation CD-ROM, and make sure to
connect your CLIÉ handheld to your computer with the USB cable and plug adapter.
