SELECT RING TO N E
Each keyset user can select any one of eight ring frequencies:
• While on-hook, press T R S F followed by 111.
• Dial 1 - 8 or press the U P and D O W N keys to hear each tone.
• When you hear the tone that you prefer, press T R S F to save it.
CHANGE YOUR PA S S C O D E
At installation, your station passcode is 1234. You can change your
station passcode whenever you desire.
• While on-hook, press T R S F followed by 1 0 1.
• Dial your old passcode.
• Dial a new passcode (must be four characters). You can use
0-9, ✱ and #.
• Dial your new passcode to verify. If successful, you will hear two
beeps. Four beeps indicate an incorrect code. (enter the code
a g a i n . )
• Press T R S F to store new passcode.
SET ANSWER MODE
You can receive internal calls in one of three modes (see A n s w e r i n g
Intercom Calls under Intercom Calls for descriptions):
• While on-hook, press T R S F followed by 1 0 3.
• Dial 0 for Ringing, 1 for Auto Answer or 2 for Voice Announce.
• Press T R S F to store your selection.
A U TO M ATIC HOLD
While on a outside call, pressing a line key, route key or a flashing
C A L L button will automatically put your call on hold and connect you
to the next call. This feature can be turned on or off at your keyset.
• While on hook, press T R S F followed by 11 0.
• Dial 0 1 to turn Automatic Hold on or 0 0 to turn it off .
• Press T R S F to store your selection.
