Intercom Calls
If you have more than one handset (AT&T 5800,
purchased separately) registered with your 5870 base,
you can make intercom calls between handsets.
From Base to All Handsets
1Press on on the base.
2 All handsets will ring.
From Base to Selected Handset
1Press on the base.
2Press the number of the handset you want to
reach (for example 3).
From Handset to Base
1Press , then press until
INTERCOM is highlighted.
2Press .
3Press until BASE is highlighted, then
press .
From Handset to Handset
1Press , then press until
INTERCOM is highlighted.
2Press .
3Press until the desired handset is
highlighted, then press .
