INTERCOM/TRANSFER OPERATION
Announced Transfer
Advise another person that you are transferring a call.
1 Press H to put the call on hold.
2 Press I.
3 Enter the number of the handset (1,2, 3,4) where you are
sending the call
— OR —
Use the softkeys to scroll to the handset where you are sending
the call,then select OK.
4 The responding handset presses I to answer your
signal.
5 Both extensions press O to end the intercom connection.
6 The responding handset presses P or k to
pick up the call.
