Activating/deactivating the personal assistant
As well as leaving a message in the voice mailbox, the personal assistant directs
the caller to an extension number, an outside number, a mobile or the
switchboard.

Select active/inactive as
you wish

If the personal assistant and immediate forwarding are
activated simultaneously
the personal assistant functions are deactivated for as long
as the forwarding function remains active.
