How do I delete old answerphone messages. Message button flashing, but no new messages. "Memory full"

4 I had the same issue, this worked for me. In the menu go to 'set up' then 'default' to reset the phone, you will lose all stored numbers on that particular handset. Hope this helps.

0 What do you do after that? I get to "default" but nothing happens after that
