yes I am wondering if the walker w300 telephone that is for the hearing impaired has a pulse and tone dialing button on it. She lives in Nevada and can't find her book. I live in arizona. I need an answer at this point unless I can look at the manual online because my mom can't find her book and I am trying to help her by telephone only. I don't have a picture of it but if I seen a picture I would know if it was hers or not.
