how do I clear my headset to re pair it with my phone

5 Just go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, select the device (tap the blue "i" on an iPhone, let me know what kind of phone you have and I can walk you through it) and choose "Forget this device." Then hold down the power button on your Bluetooth until it goes into Pairing mode, usually indicated by a blinking light. At this point, your phone will find it, select to pair it and if prompted for a code, most devices are 0000 by default. But that may not be necessary... Good luck, contact me if you need guidance.
