When i receive a call , i can see mossed call... i...

When i receive a call , i can see mossed call... i can see the time .... But I can not see the date no more ... what happened ... how can i reset ... i tried resetting the settings for the date and time but does not work.... unplugged then reset ... still cannot see the date but i used too... please help
