we have model #cs6299-4. We are trying to change our recorded message. We can down to the handset announces to play, press 2, to record press 7 press 3 to delete your own recorded announcement. The phone will not allow us to press 3 to delete our old message. We have not been able to delete the old message. Our display does not agree with what the manual shows. Help!!!!!!!
