Twice today I made a call to (2) different companies and got transferred and when I got transferred, both times the person on the other end couldn't hear me talking. I can't find my manual but I have only had this phone for about a month. Also, sometimes when I am talking on the phone and using my hands to do other things, my chin will hit a button on the phone and I can't hear the person on the other end and they also can't hear me.
